i own a pice of property i leased out to a pool company in
houston tx. they made a deal with a fence company to put up
a fence on the property and in turn they would get business
for the fence company. this was one yesr ago. now the pool
company went out of business and have left the property and
the fence company wants me to buy the fence from them but i
think it is my fence and I told them they made a deal with
the pool company not me. can the fence co put a lein on my
property for the fence? thanks scott
