The car was held in his shop for three months...I was not going to pay a bill I did not owe...I thought the law was on my side...my daughter gave this person permission to get the car repaired...so now it becomes a civil affair. The law was broken by the car repair shop by his taking the car to the DMV and saying he was the previous owner of the vehicle and being allowed to register the car and get plates for it and insurance so HIS daughter could drive it...that is why he would not let me make payments because his daughter wanted the car...we are talking about semi illegal aliens here...who do not speak English very well..when it is to their advantage.. I am mentally and physically drained over this and I will not let it effect my health...so enough...no one has the solution believe me...no one..
