Have tenants on a lease till Dec 05. They have paid their
rent in a reasonable manner for the last year, but just
found out that Dad accepted a job in another state a few
months ago, mom is leaving for the entire summer and taking
the youngest daughter (17) with her, and leaving an 18 year-
old son, and his 21 year-old sister in charge of the house
while they are gone. Mom says she will be back so her
daughter can graduate from her current high school, but all
kinds of red flags are going up over this. I don't think
mom will return, never heard of the 21 year-old, and am
afraid the son will trash the house with out a parent
there. Can we evict now or do we have to wait until the
place is destroyed? I've been down this road before, and
it is not good.
