Thank you. The children are not named as part of the lease, only listed as part of the number of total residence of the house, this does not include the 21 year-old that I knew nothing about, so 4 total occupants. The lease states that the house can not be sublet without written permission. I gave a friend written authorization to act as my property manager, she is talking with the mom today and will inform her that I am willing to release them from the lease. I agree with you that age is not a pre-requisite to maturity however, in this case, I don't know either of the adult children.
