    What you could try first is getting a lawyer to draw up and
    send them a certified demand letter along with a threat of a
    lawsuit for breach of contract and debt and money due. That
    might shake it out of them. Many lawyers will draw these up
    for you without retaining them. It might only cost you $75-
    $150.
