If you do a Google search on "Construction arbitration
services" and the name lester wolf, you will discover that
his former partner and former president of CAS is a
disbarred attorney.

You will also discover that judges are setting aside
arbitration decisions by CAS because they are biased in
favor of the insurance companies that retain them. Judges
then allow plantiffs to sue you inspite of arbitration
finding in your favor.

I had E and O insurance with an insurance company who used
CAS and I dropped them. I now use the BBB for my
arbitration.

I met Lester Wolff once at a home inspectors convention and
he told me he was an attorney......after reading more about
his company, I wonder if he really is. In all I read about
him, it never mentioned that he was a lawyer. Just my
thoughts and opinions.
