Construction Arbitration is a dishonest organization run by a
person disbarred in New York and the District Of Columbia, and
has now moved from Texas to Michigan to cover up their illegal
activities. Their arbitrators are not experienced and rule upon
issues not before them. They stole over $80k from us, instead of
utilizing evidence presented before them. We are now in the
process of submitting information to each and every state
agency. If you have not alreadly used them, don't. You should
use the American Arbitration Services if your clause allows, and
if not you can get out of using them, in that their owner is a
convicted felon.
