Our arbitration hearing was horrible. Three hours and we did not get a dime out of
$23,000. The arbitrator who is an attorney in Minnesota stated that a missing form
from the private sewer disclosure was not an issue. He also ruled in favor of the
broker even though the maps of the well and septic were not correct. They did not
show a cesspool. Lastly the agent listed the home as a 4 bedroom yet it was only
three. No smoke detectors were in any of the bedrooms and no egress window for the
    fourth bedroom.

The arbitrator in his ruling stated the agent did not give us the forms and he
stated there was no disputing the home was only a three bedroom. Somehow there is
no price difference between a three and four bedroom home.

NEVER SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WITH CONSTRUCTION ARBITRATION SERVICES. They do
not know what a disclosure law is.
