Re: Cases used to get out of CAS arbitration
Posted by Not Happy with Toll Brothers on 11/20/07

I just sent the letter to Toll Brothers triggering the provisions of the arbitration
clause within the contract. Can anyone tell how their experience has been using
this resolution process involving Toll Brothers and CAS? Your response would be
    sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
