    He is the Regional Case Manager for CAS.
    We are just about to enter into arbitration and would also
    like more info on Joe Ventola who has been assigned to hear
    our case against Arthur Pronti (Whitton Street Associates.)
    We've had so many problems including AC and most seriously
    Foundation cracks, Mold and floor cracks. We suspect this
    will be one sided towards the builder as this builder has done
    to so many others as were told in the building department in
    Jersey City.

    Please post any suggestions or experiences.
