Several people seem to be posting under the same name and it's hard to tell
who said what. Someone asked how the CFR regulation protected them from
arbitration. The regulation stated that arbitration was an OPTION, as were
other methods of dispute resolution, with regard to home warranty company
disputes. The CFR regulation mentioned does seem to only apply to those
with FHA or VA loans, however, readers should find out from their attorney
before assuming.
