My case was heard by the CAS (a horrible arbitrator) and my inspector was not
licensed or a member of any association when he completed my inspection. However,
the arbitrator, ignored this and found in favor of the inspectors because we failed
to hire a structural engineer. I did get another inspection which listed all the
errors of the first inspector, this too ignored. If the decisions were public
information the public would become more aware of their sham.
