Post: Replacement Windows contract

We signed a contract on March 16, 2006 for the replacement
of all windows and sliding doors in our house (Tennessee).
Of course, we never thought to include a "date to be
completed". We have had continuous holdups in installation.
At this point, we now still need three more windows and one
16' sliding door replaced. I'm told: wrong size came in
(they have measured four times!), windows came in but are
damaged, etc. I have written to the home office in Ohio and
they sent out an apologetic rep...
What can we do? Just wait? I plan to report the company to
the BBB but it seems futile to do it now instead of waiting
for completion..if that ever happens. Its been 4 1/2 months
now since initial contract signing.
