Post: Collection Agency Calling My Business

I am the Office Manager. I have several people that I
garnish wages on to send to a Collection Agency. Every
week along with the payments, I send a spread sheet on
each individual to keep them informed of how the payment
was calculated, to which account & amount to be applied,
and if there is not a payment, why not. My problem is the
collection agency is call ME, disrupting my work,wanting
to know why they have not received payment on a certain
account. Every week they receive an update on all
garnishments for their benefit and mine. Yet I cannot get
them to stop calling ME. Each collector had a certain
account, I may get 3 or 4 calls from the same collection
agency from different people! This has to stop! When I
direct them to the spread sheet they get nasty! My office
is more than compliant with the law, and I take extra
steps to same time, I am only one person!
Can they keep harrassing me like that?
