Post: BACKING OUT OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Posted by Shannon on 11/26/07

I am trying to sell property, and recently signed a
purchase agreement with just barely enough to cover my
mortgages. Then, the buyer had the property inspected and
found termites and needed repairs. I then signed another
agreement stating that I would take care of the repairs
and the buyer would take care of termites. Well, I've
changed my mind. There is just no way that I can afford to
do this especially in 30 days. Will I be able to back out
    without owing anything?
