I am a 50/50 owner of an S-Corp, a retail store. I find my
self at odds with my partner about the direction and future
of the store. I would like to close the store and disolve
our Articles of incorporation and re-open another store
under a different name with out my partner. Can I do
this? Can I open in the same location?
