I currently have a decent size labor judgement that I have
been awarded. Problem is the company is not coming to the
table to pay it off. Anyone able to refer a qualified
attorney in the Sacramento area. I have been going through
the process for almost 2 years now appeal was dismissed
about 5 months ago do to no bond placed. I have seen
several collection options such as till taps, writ of
excution, but they seem to only apply to small claims
issues.
