Post: natural gas and oil lease

I leased off 268 acres of gas and oil ownership to a
company who after 4 weeks voided the lease . this lease
was signed /notorized and was initialed by the company rep
within the 4 week period i had the oppertunity to lease
the ownership to a different company, but told them i had
to honor the first lease. i acted in good faith on the
lease but the company lost me a lot of money by holding my
property in hostage stopping me from leasing it when money
was high per acre. this company who voided this lease lost
me up in the thousands of dollars is there any way i can
sue them for damages and loss of money ?
