Post: Contract liabilty, fraud on the court

A State Agency/Corp. had the initial Court order reflect
that there was an agreement/a signed contract between the
parties, this is not true, they used someone elses
contract to establish the initial Court Order, for me to
perform under the terms and conditions of that contract
which i never agreed to , saw, or signed, now what?
