I was given a retainer agreement to sign that had the
incorrect case number on it. The case number on the
retainer was from a case involving my 23 year old
daughters father not my 16 year olds father.
This attorney has not done much work on my case and has
given me conflicting information about my child support
modification. When I questioned my concerns with this
attorney he withdrew from the case. This attorney is
charging me $750 and has never even filed a single paper
with the court nor has he contacted my ex-husband in the
almost 3 months since I signed this paper. Is my retainer
agreement valid with the incorrect case number?
