Has anyone successfully obtained a confession of judgment?
Can you walk me through the steps? I've never done one.

I know that I need a Complaint to Confess, the confession
itself, and an affidavit. Its the next part that confuses
me. Where does it get filed? Do I get a return date for
ruling? If not, what happens next?

Once entered, do I need a Summons to Confirm, or can I just
record it and execute?
