First, go back to school and learn to spell and use basic
English grammar.

Second, if you're going to run a collection agency, you need
a damn good lawyer working for you. How much do you know
about the FDCPA? About state collection practices laws?
About licensing in all 50 states? Have your lawyer write
the contract for you.
