have a misd. dui from 03 i was in prison from 04 to 07,
never was advised of my warrant was released. I was
notified of a misd. warrant for dui. The da says i should
serve 20 days. do i have any chance to beat this, i hAVE NO
NEW ARRESTS. can they make me do more time? somebody please
help if u can

in prison for 3 years just got out and CA has a dui from 03,, 5/14/07, by roge.
