Ok all.. here's a question:

Judge has quashed all indictments from a particular grand
jury in AL. What do you think the effect is?
Is this equal to dismissal?
Are the Defendents still charged, but need to be re-
indicted?
Should the Defendents be released pending future arrest
and their bonds discharged?
Other result I haven't considered.
