my mother got arrested for felony vandelism, and the judge
made it to be mistimeter vandalism. my mother pleading no-
contest to the charges because she could not afford a
10,000 court trial. my mother paid restitution and did her
paperwork. my question is that if you plead no contest to
a charge can that charge be brought back up in court during
another trial.
