Sherrif Ed Brown and his folks should
hae gone away with MSgt V.O. Marsh.

Let me explain:

In 1983 and 1984 I worked for then GySgt V.O. Marsh
(aka: Gy Hookmeup). While he was still stationed
at Camp Lejeune, he had the habit of telling troops
about his exploits for and with Sherrif Brown.

His biggest exploit was his cocaine smuggling for
Ed Brown to New York and Conneticutt. In these
adventures he had his driveshaft replaced every week
because they were filling it (a 2 piece GMC model in
a Chevy Van) with Cocaine. He had the friends of
Ed Brown and some guy who came to visit him named
PJ who worked at the base gas station do the replacement
each week.

When it was found out, Gy Marsh was to be transferred to
29 Palms, California. Gy Marsh fought these orders and
went to Kings Bay, Georgia instad and continued to
move cocaine for Ed Brown until MSgt Marsh retired.

Now MR Marsh is doing decoy work for Xtacy smugglers at
the Staten Island Ferry, NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal,
and Penn Station.

I also was the person to type the statements for GySgt
McKinny concern the assault by Ed Brown in the Onslow County
Courthouse. (GySgt McKinny was GySgt Marsh's replacement
as the Company Gunny of H&S Company, 1st Bn, 2d Marines.
