Here at BCNR we have received many requests which involve Ed Brown.

In 1975 alone we have uncovered 176 seperate cases where Ed Brown used his
official status and position to attempt homosexual rape of Sailors and
Marines. Though we are still sifting through records for a final
filing of Treason charges under Chapter 115 of Title 18, USC (Activities
Against the U.S. Military) I think that the following pattern shows Ed
Brown's Moral and Ethical Character.

In all cases; the following events occurred.

1. A charge of bad check passing was made against either a Sailor attending
Field Medicine Tech School at Camp Johnson or a Camp Lejeune Marine.

2. The individual Sailor or Marine was turned over from his unit to the
Camp Lejeune Provost Marshal Office for surrender to Onslow County Sherrif.

3. The Sailor or Marine did not go to booking or arraignment immediately.
Instead they were delivered to Ed Brown's personal office in the Sherrif's
Department.

4. Ed Brown then demanded homosexual favors from the Sailors and Marines.
When these Sailors and Marines refused; they were sent to jail cells to
ensure that they would be charged with Article 86 of the UCMJ (In hands of
Civilian Authorities still counts as an unauthorized absense even though
the individual is found not guilty or has all charges dropped or dismissed.)

5. In every single case reviewed to date; The arrests all set a pattern
of kidnapping and violent sexual deviency by Ed Brown.

6. In every single case the Sailor or Marine only had a savings account
with either a hometown bank or with Navy Federal Credit Union.
