Ed Brown should remember the conversation he had with the 2d
Marine Division SgtMaj following GySgt McKinney's incident with
him.

The SgtMaj had the conversation recorded and transcribed because
of the violent degenerate nature of the call. I was the person
who was required to transcribe the conversation so it could be
included in the appeal to the NC State Supreme Court.

In the conversation Ed Brown became vile mouthed and threatened
every single infant, child, wife, of Marines; every Marine
whether they were male or female, officer or enlisted; and every
single Retired Marine and their families with Anal Rapage that
would only comperable to "John Holmes Raping a Maggot".

The conversation was verified by the State Police of NC, and the
FBI as being Ed Brown's voice. The tape was still in the Camp
Lejeune, Staff Judge Advocate's Safe when I was med boarded out.
The tape was being used as a training test for court
stenographers from 1984 on.

Mike Lazzara (Jacksonville politician) will remember the case
very well because he was the Battalion Armor for GySgt McKinney's
and My Husband's Unit (Chief Sniper, 1/2) and delivered the
depositions to my office for the appeals which Cpl Karnetski
below typed out.
