I have a question regarding weapons charges in California.
What does Exhibition of a Firearm mean? Is it a felony or
misdemeanor? What are the possible sentences when it is
coupled with a possession of a weapon charge? Is it a
strike-able offense? Any help I can get with these
questions would be greatly appreciated.
