Recently there has been so much slander going around about
victims and criminals in Onslow County that I haven't been
able to keep up with even a small amount of data accurately.

However, I did run across old files of my first unit in the
Marine Corps (5th 175mm Gun Battery, 2d Field Artillery
Group, Force Troops, FMFLant). From 1974 (Before ed brown
was sherrif) until 1976 there were 3 criminals who worked
for Ed Brown's theft ring. Pvt's Buda, Mullis and Willis
were able to prevent their receipt of Bad Conduct Discharges
because of their Appeal to their courts martial concerning
the inability to prosecute the Ring leader of the crimes they
committed because of "Posse Commitatis Infringements".

It reminds me of what was listed in the DEA/DOT/FAA
"Persona Non-Gratis Catalog". "Considered Guilty But
Not Prosecutable Because Of Posse Commitatis Infringements/
Violations."
