If a person of the age of 20 dies in an auto accident due
to the content of alcohol, can the person over the age of
21 be held responsible for providing the alcohol and
allowing the person to driving knowingly aware that the 20
year old was in no condition to be operating a motor
vehicle? And is there a statue of limitations? Thank You
