a canadian who was rearended while on the job who
did stop to help ,became scared and in shock drove away 2-
3 km.did not call for help later was picked up ,charged
with class 5 felony and put into va state jail.later
bailed out for full amount of bond returned to canada.
The victum was released from hospital same night
can this person be extrodited back to va for sentening
he was told 1-10 years could be served if the judge chose/
here in caada this would be down sized to a mistermeaner
the arresting officier and accident report stated the
accident was not his fault in any way
