person walks up to parked vehicle taps on window
unidentifiable. you open window 1 inch 2 am responds with
open it all the way or i will quote"smash it" response gone
in one second half mile pulled over no following . car now
stuck in mud 30 minutes later police arrive confirm there i
d hands up as directed shot with taser eluding or duress
or ?
