    I don't think anyone is basing anything on common aw wife. GF is
    just the GF. She briefly moved in with BF then moved out again.
    She just refuses to press charges or even acknowledge that his
    actions were the cause of her injuries.
    So, are you saying that if she won't press charges or testify, then
    the state will not press charges? If that is so, then the whole
    case should be closed, which it is not. I'm really confused!!
