That may or may not be why you were initially pulled over, but what is
Part B?
What charges are you incarcerated on? DId you plea bargain?

Unless I know more information, I can't help you because your statement
that you are in custody because you were driving a nice car in a bad
neighborhood is at best incomplete and at worst, a lie.
