Post: Negative balance over $7500 in bank is this criminal?

Could anyone tell me that I have negative balance over
$7500 in my bank (my credit card company sent me the cash
advance check for credit line $8000 so I deposited to my
bank and next day the bank balance showed available so I
took the money out and pay my bills) will they give me the
criminal charge? What's gonna happen if I don't have
money to pay the bank back? Please help me.
