my 18 yr old was arrested for steaing her roomates
credtit card ,she pleaded non guilty this is her first
offense the card was used for 150.00 dollars .is she going
to get a court appointed lawyer and does it make a
difference if we hire an attorney and can someone give me
an estimate on fees thank you
