I AM IN A SIMILAR SITUATION, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH A
FELONY CHECK FRAUD OVER $7000. THIS IS NOT EXTRADITABLE!

I HAVE A LETTER FROM THE COURT STATING SO AS I REQUESTED ONE.
