My husband had a business, he was incorporated, toward the
end of 2009 he filed bankruptcy for the business and
himself. 2 people that were included in the bakruptcy are
now after him criminally. He has been arrested for 2 class
c felonies from these clients. They are claiming he took
their money with no intent to do the actual jobs (he owned
a roofing business). He has completed many other roofs in
the same area however. My question is, what do we do now?
