I received a felony warrant by mail on a dui in Detroit Mi
but have not been formally chaged. I now live in Tennessee.
Would it be worth Detroits time and effort to extradite me
from Tennessee or would that obligation fall to the county
or state? Keeping in mind that at this point its still up
to detroit level. There are still no formal charges.
