Hello, In Nov 2004, I plead guilty to a class B "felony
stealing" charge here in missouri, via an Alfred Plea, and I
was placed on 5 years probation on SIS. What is the
procedure for applying for Early Release when I reach my
midpoint next year? I am sure I will need a lawyer,
preferably one that is a bit more versed than the lawyer I
had when this all transpired. Any assistance is appreciated.
