An individual come onto my fathers property without
permission.While there he seen the makings of a meth
lab.He then left and called the police.They went onto the
property without a warrant or permission.
I was wanting to know if they had a right to search.This
is only part of the story.
In the end I am being charged with making meth.I have a
public defender and am not sure that she is wanting to
help me that much.I feel that I have to find my own way
out of this so I am asking questions.
I am from Ohio,Pike County and would be greatful for any
help i can get.
