The Mathews/Witherspawn/Williams character is also wanted in Monmouth
County NJ for the 1985 Murder of Thomas Defoe in Keyport, NJ.
Mathews/Witherspawn/Williams killed Defoe using the same modis
operendi as above but had the direct assistance of Defoe's eldist
sister MaryLynn Defoe. There is another character with the
nickname "PJ" who was once a department of sanitation worker in the
Borough of Keansburg who is believed to have assisted in this
murder.

Reports have been sent to NC and Onslow. However, no response
has occurred.
