    Carol: Heres on for the books. In 1976 the
    Russians have been bomarding the west with
    radio waves that mimic brain waves. It beganon
    the day of our bicentenial. Has been going non
    stop 24/7. They have 3 machines that they us
    to bounce these waves off the ionosphere
    because of the curvature of the earth. So that
    the waves can travel the distance. No one here
    has takin this seriously. They change
    frequencys daily because of the diferent
    patterns of brain waves in people. The Germans
    have takin this seriously enough to equipe
    thee police force with jammers so as not to
    have incidents while any police officer is on
    duty. This is a proven fact. No one has yet to
    locate these brain wave manipulators.
    Supposidly they can manipulate our population
    into doing irrational things. Sounds like
    science fiction. And tin foil hats wont
    help!
