    Carol: What i found on ask.com is ... Russia's ... 'WOODPECKER' SCALAR
    WAVE TRANSMITTERS. Sounds like science fiction. Nothing like what i saw
    on the documentary. But basicly sounds like their talking about the same
    thing.
