maldives, marshall islands, micormnesia, moldova, mongolia,
mozambique, nambia, nepal, niger, oman,qatar, saudi arabia,
senegal, serbia, somalia, sudan, syria, tunisa, ugnada, vietnam,
yemen, zemabwe, afghanistan, algeria, andora, angola, bahrain,
bosnia, congo, new buinea, ethiopia, babon and cambodia

I was hoping costa rica and belize would be on this list but they
are not:(
