Lawful arrest being the key term. Roadside BAC was .09, by the time I got to
trial they had lab results stating my BAC from blood test was .20 and there
was not anything for us to have our own tests conducted. Oh and my name was
now Richard Crain instead of Jack. After all of these issues I still lost my
pre trial motions and decided to enter an open guilty plea. I understand that
I drank and drove. Something that just about everyone has done. This
experiance has truely humbled me.
