Ozarks Lawyer prior to this post, I honestly respected your apparent
intellect. However I am now completely turned off by your holier than
thou attitude. I am new to this chatboard and even the idea that there
are law students, law professionals and the public conversing together
on legal issues that are of interest to them all in this format. Many
of us are not in the financial position in which to afford legal help
and at the same need information and answers just the same. You are
correct in the fact that there is no telling who will respond to a
post and the validity of there expertise, however this is a free
country and we are all adults free to pick sense from nonsense. Please
allow for that instead of encouraging this to be a garbage dumping
ground for your entertainment, like the Jerry Springer show because
for some people its more than that. I have not ever been convicted of
a crime and I am college educated (so I am not the average fool who
shares my situation for your enjoyment) although my husband has and is
going through the system as we speak (and neither is he for your
entertainment . I feel (and I am sure you couldn't care less)
discouraged and hurt by your attitude. I am fine with sacasim with
advice embedded but not the idea that the public knowingly post to be
mocked and embarassed because that is uncalled for and uneccessary. I
don't care how smart you think you are , you don't have the right to
degrade any one . Especially not because you have knowledge that is
valuable to others because that is cruel. Why can't this forum be one
for everyones benefit. Why can't you law professionals exercise your
knowledge of the law, hear some interesting things and be of as much
help as you can minus making people feel bad about themselves and
their choices. Good people do make bad choices that don't always
result in murder in the first degree:o-( Sometimes your advise and
direction to where a person could find some helpful information is all
    a person needs ...
