I was recently arrested in Orange County Florida for:
Possesion of cannibis under 20 grams, possesion of
Alprazolam (xanax), possesion of paraphernalia, possesion
of alcohol by person under 21, and possesion of controled
sub. in unapproved cont. Now my question is, I was arrested
on October 16,2005 it is now December 2,2005 and i still
have not recieved anything from the courts, what is the
statue of limitation for something like that. Also the only
controlled substance I was possesing was the Alprazolam,
any way to beat that because of the possesion of that and
possesion of controlled substance in unapproved container,
thats two charges for the same drug. Anyones thoughts,
suggestions and/or help would be greatly appriciated. I am
a first time offender for all of the above. Also in the
process of completing an 8 week outpatient rehab program.
