Were you charged and has your case been decided? best advice, contact a criminal lawyer and discuss it. My advice is about the law school and bar process: just tell them the truth, all of it. don't try and get the record expunged, they probably will find out about it eventually anyway. I had an incident as a juvenile that I didn't think was an arrest or charge so didn't report it when I applied to law school. Big mistake, found out when I took crim law that I should have reported it. I did right away but still had to go before a disciplinary committee and all of that. What a nightmare. Almost got me kicked out, probably would have been if they had found it on their own instead of me self-reporting it. Honesty is always the best policy, especially if you can convince the powers that be that you are rehabilitated. A guy convicted of murder (I might be mistaken it may only have been manslaughter) in Ohio served his sentence, went to law school and was admitted to the bar. If he passed the process it's not impossible to do it with a fictious ID charge, but you may have to relocate to Ohio. Good luck.
